Age Requirements for Boarding:

In strict adherence to US Coast Guard regulations, we maintain a maximum capacity of 6 passengers per cruise, with no exceptions! Our cruises welcome guests aged 8 and above, with a requirement for children aged 8–16 to bring their own USCG-approved life jackets due to varying sizes in this age group.

Essential Items for Your Yacht Adventure:
To enhance your comfort during your sea excursion, we recommend bringing:

• Sun protection: Sunscreen, lip balm, hats, and sunglasses.

• Entertainment: Your favorite music playlist, compatible with Bluetooth.

• Footwear: No black sole shoes, flip flops, high heels, or dress shoes.

• Memories: Camera or smartphone for capturing your moments.

• Comfort: Motion sickness medication, if susceptible. Use non-drowsy medication or natural herbs such as Ginger gum.

• Attire: Dress in layers, as North Carolina weather can be unpredictable.

Weather-Related Policies:

Safety is our utmost priority. Please note that due to the unpredictability of the weather and water conditions, the date and time frame of the charter will be confirmed during the week of and the night before the scheduled charter. In case of inclement weather, we offer rescheduling options at no additional cost, ensuring a safe and memorable experience.

Onboard Bathroom:
Stargazer is equipped with two marine bathrooms for your convenience during the cruise.

Food and Drinks Aboard:

We offer a variety of cold non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks. Guests are welcome to bring their preferred snacks and responsibly consume wine and beer onboard. NO GLASS BOTTLES PLEASE!

Managing Motion Sickness:

Stargazer is designed for stability, ensuring a smooth journey in calm waters. However, if you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional for advice. Non-drowsy over-the-counter remedies such as Dramamine or Ginger gum work well.

Cancellation Policy:
To mitigate unforeseen circumstances, we recommend purchasing Cancellation and Curtailment Insurance. For detailed information on cancellation fees, please contact us or refer to your detailed contract with Stargazer Yacht Charters.

Entertainment Essentials:
Elevate your experience with your personalized playlist. Our yacht is equipped with a state-of-the-art Bluetooth sound system to complement your adventure.

Pet Policy:
For safety and comfort reasons, pets are not permitted aboard the yacht.

Fishing Activities:
